We went for a walk along the sunny North Sea beach (you won’t hear that phrase/see that sight often!) with Angie and Brodie a few weekends ago.
The sun was shining as were the smiles, we had such a glorious morning and a fairly quiet setting.
I love it when clients make the most of the sessions and follow up or precede (as long as all the energy and smiles aren’t used up before we meet!) with something fun – Angie and Brodie had a picnic lunch in the stunning dunes of the Saint Cyrus Nature Reserve, Bear Montrose, Angus and made the most of the rare sunny afternoon catching the rays and Vitamin D.
I am always so lucky with the clients, I walk away from each session with a huge smile on my face and, unless, in a MASSIVE rush back, look through the photos before setting off from the carpark – I revel in reliving the moments, seeing the happy faces and unscripted interactions again.
Having had so many gorgeous summery sessions this season so far and with few more to take place, I am already having withdrawal panics for the winter – will either need to schedule some holidays with location shoots, or step up my game with all the admin activities to distract me from longing for the summertime.
Oh yeah… and then there’s going to be that newborn baby – so maybe indoor sessions for the original model and latest arrival will keep me occupied enough.
