It may have taken me too long to blog about it (has anyone else fallen victim to the ‘Spring Flu’?), but I absolutely loved my first family photo session of the year - these guys came down from North Aberdeenshire and I was excited to show off my favorite woods to them.
Taking this lovely family for a walk amongst the evergreen trees on a beautiful, sunny morning, we had a blast capturing the treasured memories.
One of my favorite moments of the session is taking mom and dad aside and getting that special ‘couple’s photo’ taken to remind us all where it all begun - because, don’t I know all too well that in the midst of all the chaos of raising little humans, there’s little time to reminisce.
And the images I get every single time are some of my absolute prized shots from the entire session!
Can’t believe spring is in full swing - how is it April already?!?
I am so excited for all the beautiful blooms popping up everywhere.
Now is the perfect time to book your family photo session for later on in spring or in the summer.
Get in touch right now, I’d love to help create your next beautiful keepsake!
You may have noticed that now and then I share some gorgeous artists from around the world in my Blog posts. I'm so excited to share today's wonderful feature: Dana DiSalvo, a Tampa Family Photographer, who also shares a beautiful family photo session from her part of the world! Isn't internet truly a magnificent thing, where you can see family photo shoots taking place 'side by side' in Scotland and then half way round the globe!
Enjoy!

What a sweet little family! I especially love the one of them all together and little one is on dads shoulders!
What a beautiful gallery!
Great depth of field in your portraits. Can I ask what lens you usually use?
Gorgeous session and I agree the couple shots are always my favorite.
