I want to make sure that you are comfortable with every aspect of our working relationship and want to assure you that I will never use the images of you or your family without you telling me I have your permission to do so.

There is only ever one reason as to why I would want to share photos of your family and this is because I am proud of the work I have done for you.

I do appreciate, however, that, for various reasons, not everyone is happy being featured on Social Media, promotional material, competitions etc.

Please be assured that I will never use your images in any way that will undermine or place at risk the safety or privacy of you, your family or your business.

It would help me greatly to ensure I comply with all the ethical and legislative requirements and, most importantly, indicate to me as to what level of exposure you are comfortable with - if you complete the brief form below.

I will keep this form on file and use as a guide. It can be amended partially or completely, adjusting the way I use your session images. Click here to find out more information on how the images may be used in each of the categories below.
