A festive experience of a hot drink and delicious bake by a Christmas tree and real fireplace after the session

TERMS &CONDITIONS

Maximum 2 adults per slot - I do not limit number of children, nor their ages.

No extended family groups are permitted due to timing constraints - I want to make sure your family get the best opportunity to get the stunning photos you deserve..

You will be guaranteed up to 20 minutes of shoot time.

​

You will be required to be at the place of the session at least 5 minutes before your slot.

Lateness of more than 10 minutes may result in forfeiting your slot - this can be rescheduled for later on in the day, at photographer's discretion.

Additional purchases can be made following gallery release and will be invoiced separately.

RETURN & REFUND

Full amount is payable upon booking to guarantee the slot.

Session fee is not refundable, but value can be used towards an alternative session, should you be unable to attend.

No part-exchange/refund - the package is offered, delivered and billed at a lump-sum price, as per the price list.

In the unlikely events that the session is cancelled, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an option to receive a full refund or reschedule/use the payment towards an alternative session.

DELIVERY

Your password-protected online gallery will be released within 3 working days following the session taking place (by 06.12.2018).

You are required to chose 5 images and confirm selection to the photographer by 10.12.2018.

You will receive the Fine Art print and any standard, professional-grade prints (to be purchased additionally) by 21.12.2018 (provided you confirm your selections as per the timeline outlined above).
